What is the core difference between Alpha and Aura energies?
Alpha (Masculine, The "Doing" Energy): Focuses on outward strength, clear direction, action, and boundaries. Aura (Feminine, The "Being" Energy): Focuses on inner intuition, receptive flow, creativity, and deep emotional healing. The Goal: We guide you to consciously integrate them to achieve Wholeness, maximizing both inner flow and outer achievement.
Is the Alpha Aura experience suitable for beginners with no energy work background?
Yes, absolutely. The methodology is designed for everyone. If you are seeking transformation, confidence, and unstoppable energy, the experience is safe and guided. Your willingness to participate is the only requirement; no prior experience is needed.
What is the 11:11 Experience, and what makes it unique?
The 11:11 Experience is our signature, 60-minute transformative journey. It is unique because it combines dynamic movement, music, sensory activation, and mindset shifts to instantly activate your Alpha and expand your Aura. This generates a collective momentum, leading to rapid, profound energetic change.
How soon will I see results or feel a difference?
Many participants report feeling an immediate sense of vibrancy, motivation, clarity, strength and deep relaxation immediately after the 11:11 Experience. Lasting transformation- such as deeper self-alignment and stronger self-belief- occurs with ongoing practice and commitment to the principles learned in the sessions.
What should I wear and bring to a session?
Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We encourage you to arrive with a clear intention or purpose for your session to maximize the energy activation.
Do I need to stop taking my medication or therapy to participate?
No. Alpha Aura is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. We support the integration of your healing journey. If you are managing specific health issues, we recommend you consult with your doctor before starting any new wellness practice.
Do you offer virtual or remote sessions, or are all sessions in-person?
All our sessions are currently held in-person to maximize the collective group energy. For event locations and specific details, please see our booking page for upcoming events.
What is your policy for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling?
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the experience/ workshop start date. You may reschedule your participation date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, however, are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Coach must cancel the Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will always receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Can I purchase Alpha Aura sessions or workshops as a gift?
Yes! Alpha Aura gift vouchers are available and make a powerful gift of self-mastery and transformation. Vouchers can be purchased for any specific program or for a monetary amount and are valid for. Gift vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
