Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are listed on the Website or communicated directly and may change at any time. Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Alpha Aura is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment platforms.
Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferable with prior written approval. Alpha Aura reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events if necessary.
