Alpha Aura Experience: Agreement and Terms

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Alpha Aura, Lisa Ankervik, and Leslie Pavia (“Coach”) and the participant (“Client”) for participation in the Alpha Aura Experience (the “Workshop”).

1. Workshop Description

The Alpha Aura Workshop is a transformative experience designed to empower and facilitate personal growth and expansion. The Workshop includes:

• An interactive group workshop, using headphones and floor mats, to enhance the multidimensional connection between mind, body, and soul, and to facilitate connection to higher frequency, sensory alignment, and the Client’s authentic self.
• The Workshop duration is 60 minutes, activated experience.
• This is a one-time experience, with an option to purchase an exclusive membership for multiple experiences.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Actively participate in the Workshop to the best of their ability.
• Be fully responsible for their own safety and well-being, including physical movements, psychological experience, and emotional outcomes during participation.
• Communicate openly and honestly with the Coach.
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants.
• Refrain from any disruptive sound or behavior during the Workshop. Phones must be switched off or in silent mode.
• Consent to the use of photographs taken by the Coach, which will not include close-ups of participants and will be limited to general shots of the experience, for marketing purposes, including website and social media.
• Arrive on time for scheduled experience. Participants arriving more than 5 minutes late may be denied entry.
• Provide the Coach with 24 hours’ notice of any changes to their participation. Participation is non-transferable and non-refundable with less than 24 hours’ notice.

3. Coach Responsibilities

The Coach agrees to:

• Provide the Workshop services as described.
• Be prepared for each scheduled Workshop.
• Provide guidance, support, and respect to the Client.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information, as outlined in the Confidentiality section.
• Adhere to ethical coaching standards.

4. Fees and Payment

• The total fee for the Workshop is as stated in the booking confirmation.
• The payment schedule is as follows: Full payment is due at the time of booking. The Coach may offer credits for future workshops in the event of Client cancellation, and gift vouchers may be available for purchase. Any such credits or gift vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• Payment is due upon booking the Workshop.
• Payment can only be made via credit card.
• In the event of late payment for an exclusive membership, the Coach reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellation: The Client may cancel their participation in the Workshop by providing written notice to the Coach at least 24 hours prior to the Workshop start date. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
  • Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before the Workshop start date.
  • Participants may reschedule their participation date with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Coach Cancellation: The Coach may cancel the Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
• Rescheduling by Coach: The Coach may reschedule a Workshop with at least 24 hours’ notice. If a session is missed or canceled by the Client without the required notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

6. Confidentiality

The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the Workshop, except where disclosure is required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, Workshop content, and any materials shared. The Client consents to the use of photographs taken during the Workshop, provided that such photographs are limited to general views of the experience and do not include close-ups of participants.

7. Disclaimer

The Coach is not a medical professional, and the Workshop is not a substitute for medical treatment. The Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions. The Coach provides guidance and support, but the Client is ultimately responsible for their own progress and results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Workshop.

9. Intellectual Property

Any materials provided to the Client as part of the Workshop, including but not limited to worksheets, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Coach and are for the Client’s personal use only. The Client may not reproduce or distribute these materials without the Coach’s prior written consent.

10. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party in writing if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13. Acceptance

By confirming in the click box below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By agreeing to these terms, the Client confirms that all personal details provided are accurate.
